Sterling, Do you know when the certified vote tally is supposed to be complete? Is there any likelihood that it will be further challenged? I'm just wondering what to expect next. I'm afraid I have no idea. I believe they expect the certified total to be very close to the preliminary results already released. The SEC and a (couple of?) state(s) have asked to see documents related to the merger. My best guess is that WH will lose his suit, however, and those investigations will go away. BWDIK. Then we just sit back and watch the implosion. <ng> Dave
