You have to connect with juries
or you have no chance.

The problem is that, sometimes,
you're just on the wrong side of
a case and have to exercise
damage control.

I've won some I should have lost
and lost some I should have won.

The dynamics of the jury process,
the mix of witnesses, and the
personalities of counsel make
things hard to predict.

I just try to pay attention to
the potential inter-personal dynamics.
