The only thing TJ had going was timing. He picked the time of the internet eruption to get his picks to the majority. Before then, the internet pumpers like him used the Fax Blasting machines.

he used his following to make himself rich and many many were sucked in at the top as Tokyo kept the pump in full gear as he sold his position. Once he was out, he would then say "sell the POS", and it would tank so fast many a poor dupe was left bag holding.Max p.s. o, to be sure he is was small fry, the Big Pumpers on WS are absolutely no better, Tokyo Joe was just an easy way to see how the WS hucksters work themselves.
