Bush is starting to do a little under pressure but needs to do ten times as much. The 150 million is tiny next to his proposed 33 billion for Big Energy cronies. He talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk, or put his money where his mouth is. Still and always in Big Oil's pocket. But at least he's reading public opinion and knows Jeffords switching parties totally screwed up his plans for pollutor domination. Let's put congress against him in the fall too then maybe we will make some progress. Congress is still largely owned by the energy lobby and the religious right.
