Don't you find it odd Intel states

SAN JOSE, Calif. (Reuters) - Intel Corp. (NasdaqNM:INTC - news) executives told analysts that they see no sign of corporations upgrading older personal computers, but said it is gearing up for an eventual resumption in demand for its chips.

And yet they are opening this old plant back up?

Intel executives told Wall Street analysts gathered here for the company's regular meeting that it will restart construction on a new chip-making plant in Ireland and roll out its fastest Pentium 4 processor this quarter.

Yields must be awesome with all these new fabs, 130nm plus 300mm wafers. and no demand.
