already did, just under the previous high....will allocate from here every 10%. I am looking for an end of the month market ramp, buying frenzy or at least PPT intercession before we begin the next leg down. If they can't ramp it with the NAZ arms as high as it is, and with the end of the month coming, then I don't know when it will go. Still fully expect a retest of September, but they won't make it easy for anyone!
