A better marker of a peak in the company's business cycle may be when they pay for the naming rights to a sports stadium. Look at Conseco Fieldhouse, Ericsson Stadium , Enron Field, etc. I'm waiting for the next company to name a field and may build up a healthy short position in the year following that decision.
