<Actually all you need is FrontPage or Trellis, and a server. Beats having to code HTML by hand.> It can be even easier if you use some blogging tool. With Radio UserLand, for instance, all you need is a Web browser for creating Web pages with styled text and images. radio.userland.com And you won't need to order server space yourself either, online space is included in the subscription.
