Israel not only has the right to exist where it is, it WILL exist there, so get used to it. No I'm not a Zionist at all, I have just been paying attention lately. The historical fact is that there has never been a nation of Palestine since Roman days, and Arabs have kicked the Jews out of Arab countries (not to mention what the Nazis did) so this is their last and only place to go. The English controlled the place (read Lawrence Of Arabia or se the film) but after WWII they handed it over to the Jews, who have done a very good job. The Palestinian issue is a tricky one because nobody wants them, not even their Arab "brothers". You don't see Saddam inviting them to live in Iraq do you? Or the rich Saudis. When have they ever helped until recently? The fact is the palestinians have been thrown around more by the Arabs than anyone, and if the Palestinians could live in peace Israel would leave them alone, but the root problem is TERRORISM now. And "illegal" occupation is BS. Besides, everyone knows the Third World countries of the UN are always anti-Israel. If Israel let the UN rule them they'd cease to exist. Finally it's time to take Israel's military might seriously. Hit them once and they will hit you five times. That is their method of survival and it will not change. You can't hit them once then complain when they hit back five times. It's like the mouse biting the cat. You are asking for big trouble and no sympathy. Time to make peace, accept the Clinton Plan or Mitchell Plan and then for the Arab countries to open their doors to the poor Palestinians, and at the same time make terrorist activities illegal. Teach peace and love njot hatred. The death penalty should be used on terrorists instead of on women who want sexual freedom. Terrorists are the Palestinians worst enemies. The Hamas leaders ought to be stoned to death. Also it's time to stop lying to yourselves and the world. Every intelligent person sees through the Palestinian lies. Arafat condemned 9/11 (he claimed) but meanwhile his people were dancing in the street and he was buying them explosives. See the big lie there? Why did Arafat turn down the Clinton Plan? And why did the terrorists start bombing right when peace seemed at hand? Answers those questions before you do blaming Israel for anything.
