Yes, that caught me by surprise too. I thought we were in a new bull market. All of a sudden, GS is calling it a bear market.

Dale: GS says we are in a bear market and looking for a bear market rally? Upside NDX 1380? Oh boy, this smells funny. Have to ask myself about the set up they are making for themselves here.
