The SEC does not want to touch Wall Street, they are doing
so reluctantly only because NY is but it will only be a
token meaningless move. Too much money here and money talks. Wall Street is so crooked, almost 100% so, that they
may crumble the entire system. I've decided the best way
is don't trust any Wall St professional but try to play with
them.

I seriously doubt if they have violated any laws. The most that they have done is to violate a new, proposed NASDAQ rule, yet to be adopted.

I wished that they would have an awful short squeeze, but with half a wit, they could have covered long before now.

Face it, we are in a rotten market.
