There have been 11 downgrades on it this morning per CNBC.

Don't get much better than that.
Add close to 25MM shares traded already this morning, I'm going to hold out for 10 or 12.

Of course, it's not going to be the funds that bid it up for now so it will be a long hard move to get any rebound, IMO.
