Marvin's lawsuit is a crock! One needs some tall boots to wade through all that crap. It was nice of him to include that admission of violating RB's Terms of Service, though. LOL ... Mezz - Tort reform now!

It seems to me that Starvin' Marvin has bitten off substantially more than he can chew. Judging from his pictures, though, I'd say that's a common problem for him. <g> Should I be insulted that my email to WLS wasn't viewed as anywhere near as scary as the emails of others? It's not surprising, though, to find that others emailed them. Likely for the same reason. In my case, it was to ask if they'd funded nutball Dobry's acquisition of private/credit info about me that he was spreading around. Which reminds me. Boogerville finally has a police department! I encountered the entire police force one night at the local gas 'n' grub when I saw an old friend of mine in an officer's uniform. He remembered me from when he worked at the O'Reilly in a neighboring town and I was in there about every other week buying new rotors for the Mustang.
