Well, we all know that fundamentals don't matter in the ST. Cash is always good to have. The selling is definitely heavy here today. Could be setting up for a full moon low.

I talked with my mentor this morning about the divergence between small and large caps- and he says that what we're seeing now is foreign capitulation. Foreigners mainly invest in large cap stocks- and with the dollar now falling, they are getting a double whammy of falling prices and falling exchange rates. Foreigners were the last to join the bubble, and they'll probably be the last to the exit.

The bathtub is getting close to empty, IMO.
