Thanks Claude and Philip for your responses. Philip, I have heard the same from an other company. I thought I also heard that there were rules against divulgation during feasibility, but it may be my mistake. I will double check. I guess the mere fact the consultant would want to re-do calculations over again is an important enough driving force not to publish new results until the feasibility study is completed.
