How low will it go?? Well looking at the long term chart (about 10 years), its pretty clear that if we break 80 in a meaningful way (down to lets say 77 and change), the next stop would be 60 or so for solid support. This possible massive decline would give us a PE around 15 (which is more in line with the current Bear Market we are in). With IBM succumbing to current tech spending woes, I would be VERY SUPRISED not to see it head at least into the lower 70s. That's where I would step in to buy my first 1/2 or 1/3!!!
