If Israel continues to refuse to allow the UN to investigate, I may change my mind against Israel, but I am willing to withhold judgment until the matter is resolved.

Hiding evidence is proof of guilt.

Objecting to biased judges is not hiding evidence. Now that the UN has added a couple of military men to the team, it will go forward. Or do you believe the ICRC head who compared the Shield of David to a swastika is a competent and unbiased judge of a military campaign?

It only takes one body to make a pile of rubble stink.
Could you point out where anyone from our State Dept. even thought there was a massacre.
How come you're not inclined to believe Sec. Powell? He saw no evidence of any massacre. That's a quote.
Certainly you don't take what the Palestinians say at face value. How many times have they reinvented their unsubstantiated claims.
How did they know 500 were dead? And why don't they know that anymore?

Hiding evidence is proof of guilt.

Only if you have the proper "warrant" for demanding access to it... The UN has NO STATUATORY JURISDICTION...

If you have no probable cause, or jurisdictional authority to demand the production of such evidence, you can protest all you want, but it's certainly not proof of guilt.

Especially when you are being forced to present it to a biased jury...

Israel has every right to ensure that those who are going to investigate/judge it are objective and non-biased, as well as being qualified to conduct a proper investigation..
