A point was made at the Fool today I hadn't thought of -- that there are going to be one heck of a lot of analysts in fear of criminal prosecution. They're going to be more likely to downgrade stocks because of that probably than at any time in the history of the sell-side analyst profession. Considering that the market pays more attention to sell-side analysts than anything else, at least by my reckoning, we could be in for a LOT more and a LOT worse. --Mike Buckley
