'objecting to biased judges'....Nadine, this isn't a trial It is very much a trial and smells of a setup. Why isn't the UN "investigating" US bombing of Kandahar? Including the ICRC head, who has a known anti-Israel history (there is NO legitimate reason for denying Mogen David Adom admission to the ICRC) and excluding military men certainly didn't allay any fears. As Hawk said, it's like sending a meter maid to investigate a homicide case to decide if it's justifiable or not.
