Because AJC and Larry Kudlow are incorrigible. But key is now the general investing public are simply beginning to yell back at AJC and Kudlow and yelling "Liar Liar Pants on Fire!":) Even the host of CNBC of the Friday head on with Wolman(Bear now) and Kudlow(eternal BULL) is saying "he is feeling fear and doubt" Max

The honest answer is I don't know. I didn't see the AJC or GS appearances (I can't even get your CNBC where I live).

I wold guess that they can still make general guarded bullish comments, but the AMZN to 400 type comments while they sell AMZN stock is not going to happen anymore.

Same for EMLX, MSFT etc
