wonder why such a large outflow from foreign ones -- has the average return there really sucked wind?? I would think those funds woudl be doing much better (on a relative basis of course) than say a technology fund.

T, I am also surprised by the Intl. funds. Mine have been absolutely kicking butt first and taking names from the ids in the corpses' wallets. <g> JOF is up about 40% in about 4 months. My EMF and TEDMX have been huge winners. European Warrant has sucked wind. Maybe it is the larger cap intls, though Scudder New Asia fits that definition. Still, my Swiss Helvetia has not been great. First Eagle Sogen Overseas and Liberty Acorn Intl, small to mid cap intl value and growth, respectively, have had monster performance.

So, though I certainly understand the tech and big cap problems domestically, folks may be selling their winners in the intl. arena.
