yes! As greenspan said, Cap Ex MUST lead the recovery, and he adds ; however, this recovery should be moderated by an increase in consumer savings and slower consumer spending. He stated that whenever a country tries to maintain economy via an indebted consumer, it never ends well.(this a paraphrasing of his "to the bankers" speech awhile back.
