ML is reluctant to admit wrongdoing because of the risk from private civil lawsuits. IMO, Spitzer holds all of the cards. How much do you think it is worth to avoid jail time?

I think Blodget is pretty much in the clear regarding liability from his actions while employed by Merrill unless Merrill is willing to change their stance on him.
