Well, glory be<grin> Finally got my April brokerage statement down here in the states ystdy...and guess what...my stinkin' outfit finally did the deed....Reverse split on Sassy noted on 4/19. No annual statement, no financials, just a quiet notation on month end statement. Wonder how the incestuous AGM went<grin> C$10K per year x 5 opportunists="only" C$50K just for driving across town to discuss how to empty the treasury on an annual basis, OH, 'cuse me...at least ONE of those 5 has to go in on a monthly basis...to endorse/deposit the building lease payment check... ...not bad work if one can get it, right? BAY is stagnant due to no mucho touted feas. study already 30 days "past due"...depends on who you talk too<grin> have a great weekend with your family! It's Mother's Day Sunday down here in the states. Does Canada have any similar holiday up there for the fairer sex? g_t
