Rich - Gold to the sky, $ plunging, consumers are all bust, telecom debt unsustainable, real estate bubble ready to collapse, Fany Mae and Ginny Mae security issues, bankruptcies galore, capitulation, more capitulation, dsafe harbour stocks to crash, unemployment to go to 10%, no real returns for ten years or even fifty years or even maybe for the rest of the century, no profits for US companies, no recovery not this year, not next year.

Just a little OTT don' you think.

Armageddon in the US economy? There are elections later this year and then a Presidential election only twenty nine months away and it will start even earlier. Mr Bush probably knows that and I doubt he wnats to be the first president to be slung out on economics who is the son of a previous president who was slung out for the very same thing.

Or put another way .... no market recovery ... take the furniture back to Texas.

That is a firmer fact than most posts on this thread in th last few weeks.

Best,

L
