Here's my point: such studies are fraught with a world of variables which can (and often do) corrupt their conclusions:

For example, under psychological pressure men can become physically incapable of getting an erection, so the true rate of arousal may have been under reported.These subjects knew they were being observed, they've got this contraption strapped onto their penis, they're in unfamiliar surroundings . . .I imagine these factors affected some of them. I imagine this effects the data.

One could pick apart the study and find many other influencing factors.
