Is there any reason to doubt the proxy info found by going to the bottom of this screen and clicking on SEC and then clicking on Definitive Proxy Statement. The last one filed indicates Scifres beneficially owns 9.9 MM shares and Straus owns 4.9 MM shares. Option information is also contained in the proxy but I did not look it up. Here is a link that hopefully will work:

Don't fight fellas! Just trade this PIG like crazy, making two cents here and ten cents there. That is what this pile o' crap is good for. Screw this stock back and forth, up and down and round and round like HELL and extract a few drops of juice while it is still around. Or just keep away from it. Whatever you do, don't, don't, DON'T buy and hold this piece o' turd!
