Joan

I bought some ZTR Yesterday at $6.99. The fund is run by M Zwieg. Do you have any views on this fund?? It pay about 9.1% on a monthly basis. It sell for a 10% premium.I think M.Swieg is a good conservative manger, and honest.

Thanks Ed

Joan, it still amazes me that there isn't more popular revulsion towards the stock market. I too, know a number of people that are down 70% from their highs, but they are still in the market.

Do you or mike have any take as to where the price of gold is going or when to begin lightening up on the positions? I'm just looking to read a range of intelligent opinions. I'm wondering what the chances are for a short squeeze to hit the market, after all the whole market is quite small. It could easily spike over $1000 in that case.

Joan, I have simply quit discussing the financial markets with anyone except my wife and daughter, whom I can inform that they are getting steadily wealthier. All my friends and professional acquaintances, as best I can tell, are just steadily losing money but unable to admit that they are really doing so.

The same thing was true to some extent with precious metals investors for some time after the big boom and bust to 20 years ago. I know because I was one of them. It just seemed reasonable that sooner or later gold and silver would recover at least half of their previous highs.

When the revulsion with stocks comes it will be extreme and long lasting, or so I think.
