It is too long a document, but the conversion rate is not constant, and that brings to mind the old floorless issue. Read it carefully and assure yourself there is a conversion floor.

AS, I'm not sure you're right about that $50M. According to the 10K it was supposed to be an increase to a credit line. Having an available credit line is not the same as having debt on the balance sheet...

...unless you actually use the credit line. Why would they do that?

The closer I look at PALM's financials the more they start to stink of EricB.
