niceguy767 AMD gained marketshare with Athy

Not quite.
AMD REGAINED market share that they had lost in 1994 - 1996.

Remember - AMD's market share is still below what it was 7 or 8 years ago.

Also remember - Mr. Sanders promised you all that AMD would have 30% market share by the end of 2001.

30%, niceguy767.
30%.

Looks like AMD and Jerry /// came up short.

Probably explains AMD's $11.06 stock price.

AMD has once again revised their RoadMap - second time in a week or two.
Notice that all references to the Appaloosa have been deleted.
No mention of a 2-way Clawhammer anymore - as an Athlon or as an Opteron.
