- rich, okay - if they were winding up ongoing acquisitions - & got Paragon at a steal - then i say fine

- also, per confer call which i'm listening to now - "we will redue the pace of acquisitions substantially"

after listening to confer call & going thru finl's:

- bottom line: w/ the CIT sale + earnings + reduced Tycom expenditures + reduced acquiistions + cash flow postive - there’s not much to worry about - & stock eventually goes to $80+ within 24 months
