Tony: "AMD's roadmaps, with their six month granularity, are a joke. If you can't predict milestones within a quarter, open up the window to a half." Seems to be a function of the cpu industry a la p3, p4, itanic etc... "There's an expression for a basketball player who's having a bad shooting night: he can't shoot it in the ocean. I see a similarity with AMD here." No too many techs are hitting "all nylon" at the moment, but my guess is that AMD is the most likely candidate to do so within the next 12 months!!!
