That means $4.5-9.1B annual revenues are required for your $20 price. At least, management can count and are smart enough to sell.

Since they were doing 920mm the March qtr 2001, which presumably was not the best qtr they ever had (although I'm not sure, haven't looked into it yet)- I would think they could get to 5 billion in sales if a recovery was underway.

The eMarketer internet growth rate projections I have show international growth eclipsing US this year, so there isn't the overcapacity issue, assuming the figures are correct and the recession subsides... well just thinking out loud here.

With respect to the comment about jdsu as a company being ok, while the shareholders suffer- imo that is a short term phenomenon. JDSU competes for talent just like everybody else and with no potential for appreciation in stock options the best people will go elsewhere.
