First of all, a civil jury does not find one guilty or innocent. In the Sharon matter, he prevailed, proving by a preponderance of the evidence the elements of two torts including one for libel. I am not sure what you have been reading, but the best way for you to see that you are mistaken is too pull the docket sheet at the Court house, and you can see for yourself.

Oh but I forgot, you said it isn't so so you must be right. Sorry. DSM

More specifically, the jury found the article(portions of it) false and defamatory but not malicious.It came back per three separate jury instructions which is not unusual.dsm
