Taki, I have a question about how "reduced fat" milk fits into your diet.

I guess it has some fat and protein. . .(??) Supposed to be 'the perfect food', as I've heard.

How does it fit % wise into your allocation %'s? Calories?

Taki --- my parish church consist of ...

primarily Serbians and Russians. our other local Orthodox church that we concelebrate with is a Greek parish. then there are the Armenians [copts] but i can assure you -- we are all BIG USERS of olive oil. and in our house - extra virgin olive oil is considered a staple.

Lazarus -- who is more like > Irish -- but Lazarus is my real christian name :)

what's that all about?

I just started using soy milk , which has no lactose. I hear soy is absolutely terrific for us and wonder if you have any opinion.

Interesting about the oil. I use the extra virgin for salads. In what foods do ya use it in enough quantity to make a difference to your health ?
