I don't know what to tell you other than that isn't what it says in PALM's 10k. According to PALM there is no loan for the upcoming XRX settlement, there is only an untapped line of credit. That is not the same thing.

If you have a PR from PALM stating they tapped that line of credit - and for this purpose - I would certainly appreciate a link.

Again, it is PALM's own 10k that disagrees with you.
