Victor, there can be no "middle" ground after going through the extreme of the 90's.

Think pendulum.

Eventually, that pendulum begins to slow down, but it's far, far too early.

You cannot trade 18 years of boom with 2 years of bust.

I say the current malaise lasts a decade.
