Mechanical Method,There are no earthly rules when dealing with Uncertainty. Only probabilities. What have present type of T/A tools based on TVlogic delivered to shareholders & traders? Nothing but smoke and mirrors, creamed in 2 1/2 trillion worth of portfolio loss within two years. Political different times and Global Money Flow, The Circus Directors of 2000 are dancing to a different tune. It would take unsupportable levels of fresh lure money to attract anyone " to invest " into present scenario. The necessary corrections to global accounting procedures in view of 09/11 and P/E are still out standing. Even the last men on earth know that. When the small plane crashed into the High Rise in Milano the other day, some of the 30 cash cows in the DJIA run for life in frightening style. Showing me that Projected Earning Evaluations and Procedures are stressed to the limit. Hitting 6000 before we hit 12000 by the end of 2002 is a strong probability and terrific proposal for bookies and bankers. What are your odds?
