Apparently someone heard this on NBC NEWS...

Commenting on Merrill Lynch's "private" emails:

INSP = "Piece of Junk:

Excite = "Piece of Crap"

Who bought Excite?

INSP = "Crappy Junk"

How's this for BOD "fiduciary" responsibility?

Levy, have you seen the latest INSP filing (SEC DEF 14A) of last Friday (April 26, 2002)?
nasdaq.com

It announces INSP's next shareholder's meeting will held in just three weeks, on May 20, 2002. Among the three items on the agenda, is voting to re-install Jain for another three years, as an INSP director.

Guess what the BOD is recommending to shareholders?

"Our Board of Directors recommends that you vote your shares "FOR" the nominee to the Board..."

Absolutely amazing! Even Apple Computer dumped Steve Jobs as CEO and director, when the stock's price kept tanking many years ago. But it was nothing even close to what has happened to this "Piece of Junk," run by a complete...(Merrill Lynch can fill in the blank).

And this despite the fact that...
Ah hell...ANYONE can make up a very long list.

Perhaps they'll all write in the name "levy,"
or just about anyone else still alive...
even Elvis?

Roger

PS. Only one hundred and seventeen pennies to go, and it completely disappears...forever.
