We've given Egypt just as much as Israel for a long time. Some Arab types in their silly hatred of us forget this. I'm sure some of them would rather get rid of the moderate government in Egypt. Without our money it might have fallen already to the mobs represented by Bin Lauden's right hand man who was involved in the assassination of Sadat. Some Arabs just don't want peace and resent us for making partial peace between Israel and Egypt/Jordan. They are the only real enemies of peace as everyone else wants an accord.
