IMHO thats a bunch of CRAP!! Semiconductors, especially the kind we import are HARDLY high technology. America is by FAR the LEADER in technology. THAT is why WE NOW HAVE among the LOWEST production cost EVEN with high wages IN THE WORLD. JDN
