$BPCOMPQ is very interesting at the moment. It usually follows $BPNDX with a slight lag.

At the moment however $BPNDX is signalling a bottom while $BPCOMPQ is signalling a top. It might just be that due to the heavy selling, $BPCOMPQ hasn't had time to catch up. Or there could be a more complex reason for the possible divergence.

For now, I am assuming that there isn't a more complex divergence, and that $BPCOMPQ will head down sharply early next week at which point a bottom will be in for a few weeks. What it means for Monday and Tuesday's action I do not know.

I am 100% cash and looking for a bounce to short or a drop to go long on. Or both <g>
