Nice people have parking problems too, and that is why passing the elections from 7 to 5 years was no problem in France. Now, 4 years was impossible. Copy the US!?

In some countries where partial amnesties are regular for elections, birth of princes, especially crown princes see an increase in petty criminality, for the amnesty is secured. The game goes as far as to time a possible trial, and not to postpone it, because only the convicted ones get the amnesty.
