New Highs List - I own AN and SPAR from Friday's lists. I used to own ATAC and wish I had kept it. HLYW is interesting but negative tangible book value turns me off. NTAI looks like it has potential. Ditto PCTY and PETM but they aren't screaming values. QFAB too. I left out the banks, S&Ls and gold stocks. Most of the rest looked close to fair value; that's usually the case with the new highs lists. That's my take from a quick once over. If you want me to look at any other specific issues, just give me a list.
