i think the regional banks and such have set the BP divergence in place. The COMPX chart itself is a disater are. Max

i just did a quick sum and average on the DJUSFN (CBT index) composed of 135 equities and got the following (rounded up):

  p/e  p/s  peg
   25  3.4  1.28
from the 1,000 ft view the sector looks fairly reasonable compared to most. even ACF, whom "Israel" has in his sights, doesn't look particularly evil, fundamentally.
