O'Neill would be expelled from this thread for being a Clown.

He apparently thinks that the US can just go on careening around, throwing its weight around, and be paid by the rest of the world to do so.

The one thing I can't quite figure in recently is the sudden start of declines in US money and credit (I mean in the last few days or weeks). If this means foreigners are pulling balances out of the US banking system, things can turn upside-down pretty quick.

I guess the fact that I hold puts on JPM pretty well summarizes my [non]confidence in the system.
