Are you not aware that the cost of health problems arising from cigarette smoking is the number one argument against the practice? Not just second-hand smoke, which is a much lesser issue, but the cost of health care for smokers themselves. Who do you think bears the cost of this, just the smokers themselves?

I'm not sure rights is the correct issue. A fifteen year old pregnant teenager has a big impact on lots of people, who had no choice in the matter...for starters.
