I agree in all respects.

Expect the ambush when you least expect it.Now that NAZ has violated it is obvious we will test Sept.

The test doesnt mean we get that low - in fact a successful test will mean a reversal at a higher level.

That will then allow us to connect two reversals and extraplolate an uptrend.

I have a very hard time thinking this market will get as low as September - at least in the semi sector.On the other hand TI software and Telecom is already lower than September.

So like always it is a market of stocks.It looks to me like Semi-equip are leaders.Semi chip makers doing well - I'm liking Intc @ 28.10 - these guys spent billions all the way thru the slow down and will come out strong.JMHO

Fiber optic components is another good bottoming value story.

We will still have to weather preannouncement season in June.If we get a pop in between may get diluted by the news noise.I really don't know other than it looks great over the long run.

As chief says letting em run is where the big money is.
