Hi Mary, Good find. It's probably a fitting end to a lawsuit that shouldn't have been filed. Anyone reading those posts on RB would have (or at least should have) known that it wasn't really Mr. Grasso who wrote them. That aside, I think it was an error in judgement by the defendant to have continued using the Grasso name(s) once it was made known to him that others failed to find the same degree of humor (or parody) in which it may have been posted. Parody loses its appeal to the masses once it becomes biting satire and a spiteful attempt to hurt, rather than good humor. This defendant posted under other names at RB where he discredited himself (in my eyes) as a worthwhile contributor to the threads. I never knew him in his various Grasso aliases however. In any event, it appears to be over, save for allocating legal costs... And that's good... KJC
