Oh come on now.You know as well as I do that most oil companies spend a great deal of time fighting assessments and these wells were part of the UPR acquisition for the 1 Million US.As gfar as I know those three wells are still shut in hence the appeal.In Louisiana they are alwys appealing well assessments and the same with Texas. I could tell you a story that would make you laugh about some of the things people do prior to assessment time in Louisiana to avoid assessments but there is not enough room here.Those three wells are not producing at this time and do reuire remedial work after having been shut in by Union Pac when they abandoned them due to the financial problems Union Pac had at the time. The Osprey
